Spring Pond Bog, 10/4/23

I joined an ADK hike in order to gain access to this special property owned by the Nature Conservancy. One of the largest peatland bogs in the northeast, there was a pine covered esker that jutted out into the bog, making for a great spot to paint. Painted during the 2023 Tupper Lake Plein Air Festival.
